Rail & Sleeper Section Lifting & Laying Beam - The job presented a set of unique problems that required a lifting solution that was lightweight and manoeuvrable yet capable of handling high capacity loads.
The engineered solution provided by Arbil was a bespoke lattice beam that met all the customers criteria and provided an extremely efficient yet cost effective solution. (also see header panel image)
Final Drive Lifting Beam Assembly - Designed to facilitate the installation and removal of engine blocks.
1 Ton Ballast Bag Lifting Frame - This lifting frame was produced to assist in the re-embellishment of the ballast on track maintenance renewals of sleepers
Curved Lifting Beam - A specifically designed pair of lifting beams which incorporate a curved profile to improve speed and efficiency when used in a lifting and handling operation of curved sections of a steel barrier system.
